Solution2:

You have either not installed the x86 SQL Shared Management objects or you have a missing registry key.

There’s two ways that you can fix this. Either install the x86 SQL Shared Management Objects from the XenDesktop CD. This is located in

\Support\SharedManagementObjects\x86

Or create the missing registry key that Desktop Studio is looking for. Copy the below steps into a .reg file and run it
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\SharedManagementObjects\CurrentVersion]

“Version”=”10.50.1600.1”

“CSDVersionNumber”=dword:00000000

“PatchLevel”=”10.50.1600.1”
