Those who are on IOS 14 OS might have seen below prompt when opening apps. VNC Viewer is an example shown here. In IOS 14 we see similar prompt for almost all apps.

If you do not allow access for these apps to your local network, they wont work. In case if you have disabled access, goto settings, select the app and enable local network option.
